This website is published by The Huddersfield War Memorial Trust Fund, a charity registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (number 220016). Our registered office is 1 Mon Abri, Amisfield Road, Hipperholme, Halifax, HX3 8NE.

Donations
Donations made through this site are gifts to a registered charity. We process card donations through a regulated UK payment processor. Donations are not refundable except in cases of demonstrable error (for example, a duplicate transaction). If you believe an error has been made, please write to [email protected] within thirty days and we will investigate.
Gift Aid declarations are made by you and are subject to HMRC’s rules. You may cancel a Gift Aid declaration at any time by writing to us.
Grant applications
Grant applications are considered at the trustees’ quarterly meetings. The decision of the trustees is final, but we will always provide a brief, plain-English reason for any decline. We are bound by our Declaration of Trust and may only fund within our charitable objects. Submitting an application creates no contract.

All text on this website, unless otherwise stated, is © The Huddersfield War Memorial Trust Fund. Photographs commissioned by the trust are © the photographer and used with permission. The brand identity, including the logo and wordmark, may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
